About the Role:
Join MovementPlus Physical Therapy as a Massage Therapist LMT at any of our three locations, AIEA, HONOLULU or WAIPAHU, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' well-being. We are looking for passionate professionals to provide exceptional therapeutic services in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss treatment goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment space to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Document client progress and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and massage techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in Hawaii.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
- Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
