We are currently seeking a candidate that is mechanically inclined to become an integral part of our team. This candidate must be able to use a variety of hand tools, such as wrenches and screw drivers with skill. We are willing to train the right candidate who is anxious to learn how to assist changing molds and Dies on Plastic Injection Mold machines. As you can see by this Job Description there is a great opportunity to advance and learn with this company. This is a Contract to Hire position for the right person.

Job Description:
- Assist the 1st shift supervisor in changing molds and dies on the machines (after the training period)
- Assist the 1st shift supervisor in working on hoses, nozzles and auxiliary equipment (after training period)
- Run both manual and automatic Plastic Injection mold machines and gauge and pack parts
- Train to operate a Hi-Lo (to become certified after training)
- Train to operate an overhead crane (to become certified after training)Train to set up and tear down machines
- Train to do minor maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Wages will commensurate with experience and skill set
- Medical Benefits available after probation/trial period and hired in Direct to company
- Profit sharing available to employee once they have worked as a Direct employee to the company for at least 1 year (this does not include the probationary period or trial period as it is referred to)
Job Requirements:
- Able to stoop, bend, twist and lift up to 50 LBS.
- Must have mechanical inclinations
- Able to work well with hand tools such as wrenches and screw drivers
- Able to follow direction
- Able to pass a sophisticated Drug test
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND OWN WORKING VEHICLE!!
- Must be organized and a self-starter
- Must have experience operating Plastic Injection Mold machines
- Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Candidate must be available to work overtime if customer demands require it.
- Wages will commensurate with experience and skill set
