Position Title:Ambulatory CarePharmacist

Schedule: Variable days/afternoons (primarily 8-hour day shifts)

This dual-role pharmacist position supports both central pharmacy operations and ambulatory care services. Key Responsibilities:

Review and enter medication orders with accuracy and clinical judgment

Dispense medications in a timely, safe, and efficient manner

Provide drug information and clinical remendations as needed

Conduct ongoing drug therapy monitoring and document findings

Oversee operations in sterile pounding, including high-risk preparations, narcotic infusions, and chemotherapy

Perform pharmacist-managed consults and clinical interventions per protocol

If assigned to ambulatory care: remend or manage therapy via collaborative practice agreements
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelors in Pharmacy or PharmD
-
PGY1 residency or minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
