We are a prominent not-for-profit health system situated in the picturesque healthcare hub of Montana, dedicated to providing outstanding patient care, promoting medical research, and nurturing a collaborative workplace. We are thrilled to invite a new urologist to our expanding team! This role is ideal for a general urologist with a focus on traditional practices, while also offering support for those interested in robotic surgery. The new urologist will become part of a well-established team consisting of three full-time urologists, two advanced practice providers (APPs), and two PRN APPs.
Hospital Highlights:
- Level I trauma center, recognized as the largest tertiary care facility in the area
- 286-bed hospital equipped with advanced surgical suites
- Practice located in one hospital and one conveniently attached clinic
- Access to DaVinci Xi robotic surgery systems and lasers for urologists
- State-of-the-art surgical suites designed to enhance patient outcomes
- A new hospital facility is currently under construction, set to break ground this year
Position Highlights:
- General urology position with support for robotic surgery (two DaVinci Xi robots available)
- Join a supportive and experienced team, with mentorship opportunities available for those transitioning from training. Immediate patient volume for seasoned providers.
- Call schedule is 1:4 and typically manageable, as nurses handle call triage with the assistance of highly trained hospitalists.
- Flexible clinic schedule with 36 patient-facing hours per week and 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks
- Utilization of EPIC EMR across the organization
