6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!
Did we mention your lunch breaks are paid, too?
Are you the go-to problem solver in the shop? The one who understands interrelated dimensions? If you're fluent in CNC machining, precision is your love language, and “within tolerance” means dead-on, we want you on our team! Beat the traffic, skip the weekday chaos, and enjoy a more focused, often quieter, work environment. No rotating shifts, no surprises – just a steady, reliable weekend schedule.
What You'll Be Doing:
Run CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis equipment like a pro, making adjustments as needed
Machine parts from various Stainless Steel-based materials
Interpret blueprints and specs like a roadmap to perfect parts.
Own the first piece runs and set-ups, then take it away in production
Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools like extensions of your own hands.
What We’re Looking For:
6–9 years of experience running the show in a CNC Machinist role.
Deep knowledge of CNC equipment, shop tools, and metalworking best practices.
Someone who treats quality standards and ISO like a code of honor.
A cool head under pressure and an eye for clean work
Perks & Culture:
- Day Shift = No midnight madness.
- Work just 3 days, and you’ve got 4 days off to relax, recharge, or pursue personal goals
- You hit overtime pay sooner – anything over 36 hours is time-and-a-half
- If you want more hours, picking up a 4th shift means overtime pay
- Work alongside folks who take pride in their craft.
- Clean, organized, climate-controlled, and safety-first environment.
- Monthly catered luncheons
This isn’t your average punch-in, punch-out shop gig. We're looking for someone who’s as serious about machining as we are about quality.
