Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a production team to meet daily output targets and schedules.
- Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate work assignments, breaks, and shift changes for team members.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching for skill development.
- Report production metrics, issues, and team performance to management.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and guide production staff.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage production schedules, resources, and troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and reporting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency with common manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
- Bilingual communication skills (e.g., Spanish/English).
- Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
