Position Title: Residential Superintendent Luxury Custom Homes (Rosemary Beach, FL, US Location)

Pay Range: $75,000 $90,000 annually (based on experience)
Location: Vero Beach, FL (Main Office)

Who We Are:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent Luxury Custom Homes to manage residential construction projects from site preparation through final completion. This position is based out of our Vero Beach location and requires hands-on leadership of jobsite operations, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control.

• Jobsite Cleanliness

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized jobsite daily

  • Designate proper material staging areas

  • Protect neighboring properties

  • Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly

• Jobsite Safety

  • Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols

  • Maintain PPE compliance

  • Inspect ladders, scaffolding, cords, and lifts daily

  • Lead by example

• Schedule and Planning

  • Maintain 2 and 3 week look-ahead schedules

  • Coordinate inspections, materials, and manpower proactively

  • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently

  • Keep projects on or ahead of schedule

• Quality Control

  • Know drawings and specifications thoroughly

  • Inspect trade work daily

  • Identify and correct issues early

  • Verify layout, level, plumb, square, and finish quality

• Client Satisfaction

  • Maintain a professional jobsite environment

  • Communicate respectfully with clients

  • Support Project Managers with solutions

  • Deliver work right the first time

• Architect and Design Team Coordination

  • Maintain professional and respectful communication

  • Identify missing or unclear details early

  • Responsibilities include:

  • Posting daily logs with photos

  • Updating schedules

  • Tracking subcontractor attendance

  • Documenting inspections, milestones, and change orders

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of residential construction
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Enforce safety compliance
• Conduct daily site walks and inspections
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Residential Superintendent
• Proven experience managing residential projects start to finish
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Familiarity with Florida building codes and inspections
• Experience with construction management software, Buildertrend preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification preferred
