When it's not possible staff should use their own vehicle and mileage reimbursement will be provided
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Therapist (Adults) to join an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). This role is grounded in recovery-oriented, evidence-based care and focuses on delivering comprehensive behavioral health services in community and home settings.
The clinician will provide direct services while supporting team collaboration, evidence-based practice implementation, trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and person-centered treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical services to adults with SMI

Support multidisciplinary team coordination and treatment planning

Ensure adherence to evidence-based and trauma-informed practices

Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision

Assist with program coordination and service delivery oversight
Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health field
-
Active NYS license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, or equivalent)

Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical experience

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams preferred

Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the community
