At the forefront of Patriot’s efforts is the Patriot Collection Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Drug and Alcohol Testing: Perform on-site drug, breath alcohol, or hair tests within the Permian Basin, specifically serving locations within a 150-mile radius of Midland, Texas.
- Collaboration with Managers: Work with Clinic Managers, Safety Managers, DERs, or HSE Managers to report any unusual circumstances surrounding tests performed.
- On-Call Availability: Be accessible by phone during scheduled hours for on-call duty and perform after-hours emergency drug and alcohol testing as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and calibrate breath alcohol machines.
- After-Hours Emergency Testing: Participate in after-hours rotation for emergency 24/7 testing services.
- Continued Compliance and Audits: Ensure ongoing compliance through regular collection audits.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic or Operations teams.

If you meet these qualifications, you're the perfect fit for the role:
- Attention to Detail & Teamwork: You possess excellent attention to detail and a great attitude, thriving in team environments.
- Experience: While previous experience in drug testing and breath alcohol testing is great, we will train the right candidates. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Education & Skills: You have at least a high school diploma and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications:
- DOT Certified Urine Specimen Collector (or ability to obtain certification within two weeks of hire).
- DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) Certification (or ability to obtain certification within two weeks of hire).
- Hair Collection Training Certificate (or ability to obtain within thirty days of hire).
- We will certify you in up to 14 different certifications to enhance your professional growth and career development.
