- End-to-end Service Order-to-Cash lifecycle
Service processes including:
- Service Orders & Contracts
- Warranty & Installed Base
- Spare Parts & Logistics
- Service Pricing & Billing
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years in SAP with strong OTC / SD foundation
- Hands-on expert experience in Service Management (SM - S4 HANA)
- Exposure to Legacy or Field Service integrations
- Strong understanding of Service Revenue Flow (Parts + Labor + Billing)
