Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administration Generalist 3 - Athletics Business Administrator for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree.
Special Requirements:
o Advanced knowledge in managing finances/budgets o Experience in facility management o Possess a general knowledge of intercollegiate athletics o Have strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational abilities o Have excellent oral and written communication skills o Problem-solving/Critical-thinking o Leadership o Time Management
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelors or Masters is required.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 5/40 workweek
1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM M-F
