EmpowerHome Team – Florida is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent to step into a high-performance system with a consistent flow of pre-qualified buyer and seller appointments.
We are actively working toward a bold goal:
Serve 100 families per month in Celebration, FL
To make that happen, we need motivated agents ready to plug into a system that already produces results.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them from consultation to closing
- Convert pre-set appointments into closed transactions
- Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and systems
- Build strong relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
- Host open houses and convert attendees into clients
- Manage your pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently
- Attend weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to production
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
- Coachable, driven, and results-focused
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
