Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts
- Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Respond effectively to emergencies and floating assignments as needed
- Participate in on-call rotations to support patient needs after hours
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Certification in ACLS and BLS required; PALS preferred
- Ability to work night shifts: 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Flexibility to float between units and take on-call duties
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
