📦 Inventory Data Entry & Order Processing Associate – Jewelry Industry

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: 100% Onsite

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $23–$28/hr DOE

Are you detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and passionate about working in a dynamic environment? Our client, a well-established jewelry store in the Santa Ana area, is looking to add an Inventory Data Entry & Order Processing Associate to their team!

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately input and manage inventory data within internal systems
• Assist with order entry, tracking, and fulfillment processes
• Maintain organization of product details and SKUs across multiple platforms
• Support internal departments with inventory-related reporting and Excel spreadsheets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations of inventory data

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas a must)
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience in a fast-paced office or retail environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

⭐ Preferred but Not Required:

• Jewelry industry experience (highly desired!)
• Familiarity with Edged software or similar inventory/order management systems
