About the Role
ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of clinical experience and an active RN license. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly

Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as required

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and facility standards

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Respond effectively to emergency situations

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications

Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license – required

1–3 years of clinical nursing experience

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
-
Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred depending on setting)

Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient mobility
