We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a sustainable workload. This role is structured with a 5 billable hour per day expectation, intentionally designed to allow time for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision-making - without excessive productivity pressure.

Our Clinical Model

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support behavior technicians and clinical staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure clinical documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Certification: BCBA or BCBA-D required
- Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Certification
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
- 2+ years preferred
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills
