Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Entry Level Project Manager to join our luxury construction team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in the construction industry and a passion for luxury design. You will be directly involved in the planning, management, and execution of high-end construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day offers new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and supervision of luxury construction projects from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and keep stakeholders informed about project developments.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a project management role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury design.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
