MARKETING COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the firm's marketing and business development efforts. This role works closely with team members to implement key initiatives and execute strategic marketing plans across various practice groups.
The position requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with WordPress is preferred.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure are essential.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Diego, CA.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$26.00-$30.00/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assist with maintaining the marketing department's library, including organizing files, records, bios/profiles, event materials, calendars, and related content.
- Support internal team members and external consultants in executing firm strategies and campaigns, such as publications, social media, and website updates.
- Coordinate event logistics, including planning, scheduling, and on-site or virtual support.
- Help maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database and update the Marketing Manual and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct research and gather data to inform marketing and business development efforts.
- Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Provide support for graphic design and social media projects, as needed.
- Offer additional assistance on urgent campaigns or case marketing efforts, including availability for occasional overtime or weekend work.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of marketing or related experience in a professional services environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with WordPress is preferred.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and the legal industry is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site at the firm's San Diego office.
