Responsibilities

    • Offer a diverse range of products, including Personal Lines, Commercial Business, and Financial Services.
    • Access extensive training, mentoring, and sales support from our dedicated District Office and University of Farmers.
    • Build and maintain a book of clients and referral partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand various insurance products and coverages.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid insurance license in the relevant state, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-oriented attitude.
