Responsibilities
- Offer a diverse range of products, including Personal Lines, Commercial Business, and Financial Services.
- Access extensive training, mentoring, and sales support from our dedicated District Office and University of Farmers.
- Build and maintain a book of clients and referral partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand various insurance products and coverages.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid insurance license in the relevant state, or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-oriented attitude.
