We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client in the south west, Minnesota metro. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment while utilizing your administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, product warranties, specifications, and other related topics.
- Process and fulfill orders for stock products and accessories with accuracy.
- Utilize internal systems to document customer interactions, address complaints, and provide feedback on service improvements.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to mis-shipments, financial discrepancies, and device history.
- Handle special projects and assignments as needed to support operational goals.
- Maintain effective communication with customers through email, phone, and other channels.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Provide dispenser referrals and product recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure all processes align with company policies and standards for quality service.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles within a detail-oriented setting.
- Proficiency in tools such as the MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective email and phone correspondence.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office administrative procedures.
- Previous experience in data entry and record-keeping.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
