Job DescriptionJob Title: Weekend Quality Inspector Location: Tulsa, OKPay: $22-$24 + 11.5% shift premium on all hours workedSchedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence?HireCall is looking for a Weekend Quality Inspector to join our client’s team! This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a reputable Tulsa-based metal fabrication company. In this role, you’ll be a key part of ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.
What You’ll Do
- Perform visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections on metal-fabricated parts
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality logs
- Identify defects, determine root causes, and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASME, and customer requirements
- Participate in quality audits, process evaluations, and NCR/CAR reporting
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supervision to resolve issues
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in metal fabrication inspection (welding, cutting, forming, machining)
- Familiarity with tolerances, GD&T, and non-destructive testing (NDT)
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ERP platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous learning
