Growing electrical contractor seeking a motivated Electrician eager to take on increasing responsibility and learn within a dynamic, expanding company. This role offers exposure to commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects, with frequent travel across the region. Reporting directly to the Owner/Founder, the Electrician will have opportunities to advance into lead roles and gain specialized certifications, while contributing to the company's success and culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems in various settings
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes
- Conduct system testing and site assessments to diagnose issues
- Interpret blueprints and technical documents accurately
- Interact professionally with customers and address their concerns
- Adhere to all industry and company safety standards
- Travel frequently within the region for on-site work
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical work
- Technical training in electrical systems
- Possession of Journeyman Electrician License
- Electrician Apprentice Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical wiring and blueprint interpretation
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and problem-solving techniques
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
