Position Summary: Ensuring, from a maintenance point of view, the correct functioning of the equipment related to the various processes of the production process and the execution of the maintenance programs defined together with the Maintenance Manager. Coordinate from an operational point of view the maintenance companies used for the execution of maintenance interventions or plant modifications.

Role Responsibilities:
Ensure, according to the directives received from the Maintenance Supervisor, the correct implementation of all maintenance work on the system.
- coordinating internal resources (to be instructed on technical and safety operating methods) for minor maintenance work.
- to coordinate the work for which the participation of several companies is required by encouraging the exchange of information on safety in accordance with the provisions of the law.
- collaborate with the Operator_ Bussi site level 1 to define the operations to make the intervention section safe; with the Maintenance Supervisor, to the definition of specific techniques; the Operator_ Bussi site level 1 at the testing of the equipment subject to intervention
- check "in the field" the correct execution of the works; draw up purchase requests; to carry out staff training/information on topics of competence; liaise with service and material providers.
- check the compliance of supplies for materials and technical services.
- manage/take care of technical documentation (RFQ, Orders, Bills, technical dossier);
- ensure that the restoration, maintenance and improvement of the systems are carried out in compliance with internal procedures and regulations of current laws.
- scrupulously follow instructions and regulations on safety and environmental control.
- Responsibly manage:
- strict compliance with internal and legal regulations in order to ensure one's own safety and the possible repercussions of one's actions on those of colleagues.
- the implementation of plant and site safety rules and procedures, as far as its competence is concerned.
- maintaining the cleanliness and order of the area and the workplace.
- reporting to their superiors the deficiencies of the protective devices as well as the dangerous conditions of which they become aware.
- the timely reporting of all accidents or almost accidents involving damage to people, property and the environment.
- collaboration in the analysis of all accidents or near misses and in the search for their causes, suggesting corrective measures deemed appropriate.
- the performance of tasks required by his or her job about plant and site emergency procedures.
- the use of the PPE supplied.
Education:
- High School Diploma
Experience / Skills / Abilities:
Both technical and practical professional skills.
- Leadership on team coordination
- Teamwork skills.
- Accurate knowledge of the maintenance process,
- Deep knowledge of company standards on quality, health, safety and the environment
- Good level of knowledge in English language, written and spoken
Job Expectations / Working Conditions:
- Minimum 10% working time travelling for work.
