• Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment operations.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable activities as needed.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts payable balances.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and information.• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Strong proficiency in processing and coding invoices.
• Familiarity with managing check runs and payment schedules.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors.
