Job DescriptionLicensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – School-Based 1:1 Student Care
Interim HealthCare s currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide one-on-one care for a student in a high school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a student's daily life while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:20 AM – 2:20 PM
- Setting: School-Based | 1:1 Student Care
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care and support to a student throughout the school day
- Monitor and assess the student’s health status and respond to medical needs as required
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure student safety and well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment

Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the last five years
- Current CPR Certification required
(Monthly renewal classes available and paid for by Interim HealthCare) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
