Advance Services has an exciting new opening for a Punch Press Setup in Brooklyn Park, MN!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate punch presses (45–400 tons) using progressive tools, compound blanks, transfer tools, and temporary tooling to produce quality metal stampings.
· Install and maintain safety equipment around presses.
· Set up and troubleshoot progressive dies, stage tooling, and temporary tooling.
· Operate coil handling equipment (servo feeds, straighteners, reel/cradle unloaders).
· Perform first/last piece inspections.
· Start and support production operators, ensuring safety compliance.
Shift: 1st. Monday-Thursday
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $29-33/HR
Requirements/ Qualifications:
· One year of Punch Press Set-Up experience is required.
· Experience with operating certain punch press set ups is ideal!
· 3 years of monitoring quality of output
· Quality control techniques is preferred.
