SUMMARY
The Sales Manager reports directly to the CEO/President of the company and is responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth in all three divisions of the company. This individual successfully manages the sales team, which can include both inside and outside salespeople. The Sales Manager develops effective sales strategies. achieves sales targets (both individual and team targets), and fosters client relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, a passion for customer service, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development. This is an in-office position, with some travel being required.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads, mentors, and motivates the sales team to enhance performance and drive results.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Manages the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Fosters strong relationships with key clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Oversees the negotiation process for high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Develops effective marketing that aligns with business objectives.
- Tracks sales activities and metrics, and analyzes data for informed decision-making.
- Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and potential areas for growth.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team through training and development initiatives.
· Meets individual and team assigned sales goals and quotas.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proven experience in sales.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Must be willing to travel, as appropriate.
WORK HOURS
The regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, with 1 hour off for lunch. This is an in-office position, with some travel being required.
This is an exempt position, therefore the individual in this position is not eligible for overtime pay. The salary and commission compensate for all hours worked in a particular workweek.
