Job DescriptionJob Description: Pay Range: $13hr - $18hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
Experience:
- Six months of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Type form letters.
- Set up, maintain, and locate claim files.
- Process packets.
- Conduct computer data entry and process documentation accurately in the system.
- Prepare spreadsheets and documents using software applications.
- Answer and initiate telephone calls as required.
- Maintain stationery supplies.
- Send overnight and messenger outgoing mail.
- Process returned letters and unidentified mail.
- Transmit facsimiles.
- Print reports and documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Support the organization’s quality programs.
Should Have:
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
