Now Hiring: Service Coordinator – $24/hour
Portland Metro Area | Full-time (M–F)
Do you love helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re a mid-sized property management company looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team. We manage single-family homes throughout the Portland metro area, and this role is key to making sure our property owners, residents, and vendors all get top-notch support.

What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to person for maintenance requests from tenants
- Coordinate schedules for our in-house maintenance techs and trusted vendors
- Track service orders, follow-ups, and completion timelines
- Keep property owners in the loop with clear, professional updates
- Support the property manager with admin tasks and documentation
- Make sure repairs are handled quickly and tenants stay satisfied
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in property management service coordination preferred
- Experience coordinating maintenance and repairs strongly preferred
- General knowledge of home maintenance a big plus
- AppFolio software experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
