Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Billings, Montana.

Job Summary:
\n-Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing.
\n-Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care.
\n-Evaluates health status through the ongoing collection and assessment of health data.
\n-Performs health teaching and health counseling.
\n-Provides therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
\n-Executes delegated medical functions.
\n-Refers patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment.
\n-Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans.
\n-Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
\n-Uses resources as needed.
\n-Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
\n-Performs other duties as assigned.
\n-May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
\n-May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift. Required Skills & Experience:

\nPreferred Skills & Experience:
\n-Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.Required Education:
\n-ASN - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
\n
\nPreferred Education:
\n-Bachelor's degree of Nursing is preferred.
\n
\nRequired Certifications & Licensure:
\n-Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
\n-BLS - American Heart Association.
\n-(ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service.)
\n
\nPreferred Certifications & Licensure:
\n-Certification as appropriate for unit or service is preferred.
