Customer Service Representative: Auto Glass Division

Join our team as the primary point of contact for customers navigating the stress of a cracked or shattered windshield. We aren't just looking for someone to answer phones; we need a problem-solver who can turn a bad day into a seamless repair experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • The First Impression: Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate appointments for both our in-shop bays and mobile glass technicians, ensuring efficient routing. Trouble shoot with technicians for last minute changes and issues when they are on the road.
  • Insurance Liaison: Guide customers through the insurance claim process, verifying coverage and processing glass claims with major providers.
  • Quote Accuracy: Provide estimates for windshield replacements, chip repairs, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibrations.
  • Customer Advocacy: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and manage any warranty or quality concerns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication Style: Clear, concise, and genuinely friendly. You should be able to explain technical glass terms in a way that anyone can understand.
  • Detail Oriented: In the auto glass world, the difference between a Rain Sensor and a Humidity Sensor matters. You must be diligent about capturing vehicle VINs and specific part requirements.
  • Multitasking: Ability to toggle between our POS, insurance portals, and a ringing phone line calmly and efficiently.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or retail preferred. Experience in the automotive, insurance, or construction industries is beneficial but not necessary. Training will be provided.
