Job Description
What You'll Do
Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Provide leadership and oversight to project managers, assistant project managers, and project teams
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cash flow projections
Identify project risks early and proactively implement solutions
Lead contract negotiations, change management, and project financial reporting
Maintain strict safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards throughout all phases of construction
Collaborate closely with estimating, field operations, and executive leadership to ensure seamless project execution
Help develop and improve project management systems, procedures, and best practices
Participate in business development efforts, client relationship management, and strategic planning initiatives

What We're Looking For
8+ years of project management experience in commercial, institutional, healthcare, senior living, and/or high-end residential construction
Demonstrated success managing complex construction projects from $5M to $25M+
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract management
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and related construction management software
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
