- Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM); every other weekend and holiday required\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800-$1840\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license\n
- Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience (telemetry, orthopedic, spine, or gynecologic surgery preferred)\n
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)\n
- Ability to complete healthcare onboarding requirements, including health screenings and background checks\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications and treatments as ordered\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
- Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care\n
- Participate in unit meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development\n
