Job Summary

OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT.

The Client Success Coordinator (CSC) is a newly proposed role designed to enhance client management and operational efficiency. The CSC will serve as a central point of contact for clients, streamline internal processes, and ensure seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing relationship management. Additionally, the CSC provides high-level administrative support to executives and directors by handling a wide range of business development tasks that require discretion, initiative, and judgment. This role ensures the smooth operation of these teams and supports strategic priorities through effective organization and communication.

  • Work closely with clients, Client Services, and Operations teams to ensure efficient handoffs and process flow.
  • Centralize and manage sales tracking and potential client workflows using tools like Bigin and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate contract execution and track modifications (MODs) to ensure compliance and accuracy client status updates and cross-selling opportunities using client and engagement metrics.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including introductions to the team, distributing welcome packages, onboarding checklists, and scheduling initial meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their relationship with OPSPro.
  • Report on client health and success metrics and facilitate customer service surveys.
  • Develop and maintain client services processes, including sales, new client onboarding/offboarding, contracting, and MODs.
  • Coordinate, set up and maintain the Client Book and Bigin/Zoho contacts for marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute business development conference logistics including registration and travel and identify new conference opportunities.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as requested.
  • Prepare expense reports and other executive administrative duties.
  • Support the CEO in managing and coordinating business development activities and calendar management.
