Customer Service Representative
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Granite Air Center is seeking a full-time customer service representative: Highly competitive compensation includes competitive starting salary, annual safety bonus, profit sharing, and 401(k) with company match. Position assists customers with fuel orders, catering, hangars, accommodations & ground transportation, answers questions & resolves issues, assists with ramp safety & security, invoices & accepts payments, communicates via phone, fax, face-to-face, email and air-to-ground radio, and maintains appearance of passenger/pilot areas. Friendly rapport, sincere interest in helping customers, ability to prioritize tasks & balance competing needs in a calm, efficient manner required. Basic computer & math skills, high school diploma/GED, & valid driver's license required.
