Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Counsel in NY, NY, to engage in variety of legal representation, advice & activities, particularly those involving Mergers & Acquisitions & Priv Equity transactions. Req'mts: LLM or foreign equiv in job offered or rel. occupation & 8 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: drafting & preparing corp. legal transactional docs, incl stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture agreements, complex investor transaction documentation, confidentiality agreements, board & stockholder resolutions, incorporation documentation & other legal docs rel. to mergers & acquisitions, priv equity & restructuring deals. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Employer will accept JD in lieu of LLM degree. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
