City Head (Vice President) (New York, NY): Define, drive, and deliver strategy and vision in alignment with overall US strategic goals. Provide leadership, strategy, and support to execute vision and sales strategy, strengthening performance and productivity levels whilst implementing the industry's best practices. Work with the 360-degree recruitment business model; cross-functional change leadership with global integration; full P&L ownership, including making market investment recommendations, bringing business cases designed to make a strategic growth impact, and planning cross-regional initiatives; managing multiple sales specialties and models, including IT; leadership and people management; compliance and regulatory requirements; BI data analysis, insights, and recommendations best actions to accelerate growth; designing optimal business plans and executing successful sales and business development strategies; compliance and regulatory requirements; recruitment strategies, requirements, and expectations for niche and technical roles; and, the full recruitment cycle. Req's 10 yrs exp. Salary range: $300,830 to $300,830/year.
