Reporting Analyst

Requirements for the role:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics.

An internship with an accounting or finance focus or a minimum of 9 months of work experience in an accounting or finance role.

Advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is a plus.

Understanding of audit standards and regulatory reporting and disclosures.

Strong analytical skills and a proven history of quickly assimilating new information.

Strong planning and organization skills.

The desire to work in a team setting and take accountability for your deadlines that impact team workflow.
Your work will be focused on:

Understanding the SEC reporting process and requirements.

Working with the team on SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q.

Collaborating with the internal team to gather information needed to meet reporting deadlines.

Reviewing financial statements and analyzing transactions.
-
Generating reports and documents needed for shareholder meetings and communication under the supervision of your manager.

Creating queries and looking for ways to maximize financial tools to create greater efficiencies.
