Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Take your speech-language pathology expertise into a vibrant K-12 educational setting, working hands-on with students to support their communication needs throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives, collaborating closely with dedicated education teams. Start in August and help students flourish through the end of the school year in early June.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license and certification (SLP, SLP-CCC) in California
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Committed to working onsite, supporting learners across a variety of developmental levels
  • Comfortable managing diverse caseloads, including SDC (Intensive, Mild/Moderate) and Mild/Moderate programs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in assigned programs (choose from several available caseloads to best match your expertise, including elementary, middle, high school, and post-secondary focused settings)
  • Conduct assessments, maintain detailed documentation, and track student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insight for individualized student success
  • Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement student-centered intervention plans
  • Adapt therapy techniques and resources to meet the needs of various age groups and learning profiles
