THE RUN

  • 100% no-touch
  • 53-foot dry van 60% drop & hook, 40% live load/unload
  • Weekly mileage: 2,200 – 2,500 miles average
  • Day and night runs in the mix Minimal downtime between loads
  • Home every 2 weeks, on a planned and consistent schedule

YOUR EARNINGS

  • Employment Type: Full-time W2
  • CPM: $0.56 – $0.65 based on experience and miles
  • Weekly Gross Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 average
  • Weekly Miles: 2,200 – 2,500 average
  • Pay Raise:
  • Every six months
  • Weekly Direct Deposit

A note on pay: all figures are gross weekly earnings based on actual miles and experience. No inflated numbers — most drivers on this account land within this range week over week.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

  • Extra stop pay Layover and breakdown pay

NEW CDL-A DRIVERS PROGRAM

If you finished truck driving school within the past 12 months with at least 120 hours completed, this program was built for you.

  • Training runs 4–6 weeks alongside an assigned mentor
  • Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
  • Mentors walk you through real over-the-road routes covering safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling
  • Once training wraps up, you move to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
  • You will leave training confident and prepared — not thrown into the deep end

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY

  • Hauling 100 % no-touch dry van freight on scheduled regional pickups and deliveries
  • Operating in full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
  • Keeping ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs accurate and current
  • Completing pre- and post-trip inspections and documenting them properly
  • Staying in communication with dispatch, customers, and your team

REQUIREMENTS

  • 21 years of age or older with Valid CDL-A license
  • No major violations
  • Recent graduates and drivers with 6 or more months of experience both welcome
  • No at-fault accidents, major citations, or suspensions in the past 3 years No DUI within the last 5 years
  • No safety-related terminations on record
  • Employment gaps no greater than 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
  • Pre-employment drug screening required — both urine and hair follicle
