Job Details:
\n
• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
\n• Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs
\n• Perform mammography examinations according to department procedures
\n• Obtain complete clinical history and assess for contraindicating conditions
\n• Review radiographic images for clinically acceptable results
\n• Position patients and operate mammography equipment safely
\n• Maintain minimum FDA/MQSA requirements for continuing education
\n• Produce acceptable images with 95% first-time acceptance rate
\n• Complete quality control tests including phantom, visual checklist, and repeat analysis
\n• Required certifications: ARRT-M (Mammography), ARRT-R (Radiography), BLS
\n• Must have accredited program in Radiologic Technology
\n• Minimum 1 year experience as Rad Tech required and 1 year mammography experience preferred
\n• Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
\n• Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environment
\n• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and radiation protection required
\n• Competent in patient positioning and exposure factors
