We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Representative to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and interested in supporting patients and healthcare providers through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and provider inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and billing questions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
- Provide support for healthcare programs, services, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Hourly Pay: Average $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
