We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Norwich, CT to join our collaborative team. This hybrid role supports calls from agents, customers, and mortgage companies regarding policies and claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from appointed agents, customers, and mortgage companies

  • Set up new claims via phone, fax, and email

  • Process incoming mail for Claims and Underwriting

  • Provide backup support to teammates

  • Process policy changes and cancellations

  • Prepare and mail claims checks

  • Support administrative tasks for Claims and Underwriting

  • Assist with projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in customer service or related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Data entry and multitasking skills

  • Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Insurance industry experience preferred

  • Quick learner with attention to detail
