We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Norwich, CT to join our collaborative team. This hybrid role supports calls from agents, customers, and mortgage companies regarding policies and claims.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from appointed agents, customers, and mortgage companies

Set up new claims via phone, fax, and email

Process incoming mail for Claims and Underwriting

Provide backup support to teammates

Process policy changes and cancellations
-
Prepare and mail claims checks
-
Support administrative tasks for Claims and Underwriting

Assist with projects as assigned
Requirements:

1–3 years in customer service or related field
-
Strong verbal and written communication
-
Data entry and multitasking skills
-
Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Insurance industry experience preferred

Quick learner with attention to detail
