A leading general contractor is seeking an Electrical Field Superintendent to oversee large-scale, mission-critical construction projects in Amarillo, TX. This role will be fully site-based, providing leadership in day-to-day field operations and ensuring successful execution of complex electrical and MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate subcontractors and field crews across multiple scopes, ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Oversee field execution of structural, civil, architectural, and MEP trades, resolving constructability challenges and maintaining momentum.

Drive daily site planning, supervisor meetings, trade walks, and safety briefings to ensure accountability and project progress.

Monitor installations, inspections, and system readiness while supporting QA/QC and commissioning activities.
Qualifications

5+ years of construction field supervision, including at least 3 years on data centers or other mission-critical projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning workflows.

OSHA 30 Certification required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent field experience preferred.

Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6) and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).

Location: Amarillo, TX | 100% Onsite
Salary: $109K – $145K (DOE)
Bonus: Two annual bonuses (Individual + Company) & Stock Appreciation Units (SAU)
Per Diem: $160/day (non-taxable, paid once onsite; no company vehicle/gas card)
