Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Lilburn, GA (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: 4045 Five Forks Trickum Rd, Lilburn, GA 30047
Contract Length- 2 months
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.80–$21.30/hr
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Lilburn Patient Service Center in Lilburn, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures
• Verify patient demographics and labeling for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Float to nearby sites as needed and ensure reliability in high-volume settings
• Demonstrate strong leadership and adherence to confidentiality, quality, and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric draws
• Experience in a Patient Service Center environment strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and data entry skills
• Must be able to travel to various locations with minimal notice
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical training (Medical Assistant or Paramedic) preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)
• Must have reliable transportation – rideshare/bus is not acceptable
• Must be available full shift with no tardiness or excessive absences
Training location may vary based on trainer availability.
