What You’ll Do
As a Home Healthcare Aide, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to provide outstanding healthcare services. While specific responsibilities may vary, here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing and serving meals that meet dietary needs.
- Medication Assistance: Providing reminders.
- Household Management: Performing light housekeeping tasks and managing household chores.
- Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
Caregivers must maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure the best possible care for their clients. They must also be knowledgeable of and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 months experience required. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and care.
Requirements:
· Certificate of training/ License
· Active CPR certification
· Active First Aid certification
· Eligibility to work in US
· Clean criminal background check
