• Small company with a lot of opportunity for growth
• Will be working in the battery manufacturing department, on the raw stages of the battery development, this requires a lot of various machine operation (conveyor system), following the manufacturing process along the way, coating, cutting, The process is a fairly messy one.
• The product is still in a semi-R&D stage, so there are a lot of things that change from hour to hour, day to day, from the process of building the battery to the jobs you will be asked to do, so the candidate must be very flexible in this regard.
• They are looking for someone who is eager, ok with frequent change of direction, is able to think on their feet, make adjustments when needed, ask questions when needed., help out where ever needed/ ok with cross training on various jobs.
