Abundant Life Family Services(ALFS) is an organization that provides physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental skills to children and their families in home, clinic, child care centers and community settings. We specialize in Early Intervention (EI), which consist of services and supports designed to help families with children who have developmental delays reach their full potential. Abundant Life Family Servicesis actively seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) for our 3-5 Early Intervention program. Therapists will develop, evaluate and implement occupational therapy plans and function as part of an Holistic Care/educational team serving children 3-5 and and their families in accordance with their approved IEP. QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience working with children who require services with developmental delays within the 3-5 age group.
  • Education requirement: Minimum Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience requirement: One (1) year as a Licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatrics.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate occupational-related abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address kiddos occupational goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and innovative strategies to facilitate progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and clinical outcomes.
