Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday (overtime as needed)

In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our warehouse operations, helping ensure products are accurately selected, safely handled, and efficiently shipped to customers. This position offers hire-in opportunities for strong performers who value teamwork, safety, and reliability.What You'll Be DoingAs a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
Order Selection & Loading: Select customer orders from shelves, build pallets accurately, and load product onto trailers to support timely shipments.Forklift & Equipment Operation: Safely retrieve, move, and stack materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment to maintain efficient material flow.
System Use & Accuracy: Operate an on-board computer and wireless RF system to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.In addition, you will also be expected to support general warehouse functions such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications:
Ability to lift 60–75 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
Willingness to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice
Reliable attendance and strong work ethicSkills:
Attention to Detail: Ensures orders are accurate and inventory is handled correctly.
Teamwork & Communication: Works effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily goals.
