Assembly Technician
Mission of the Role
As an Assembly Technician, you'll take assembly orders from start to finish, using your hands-on mechanical skills and a working knowledge of Industrial Automation to build quality products our customers rely on.
Education/Experience
A high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of hands-on mechanical assembly experience is what we're looking for. A degree in Fluid Power or Robotics is a bonus but not required!
Key Assembly Technician Accountabilities
- Build products following Hartfiel Automation job folders. This can include control panel assembly, valve stacking, fitting installation, pulling and reading orders, labeling, and testing finished products.
- Run final tests on completed assemblies to make sure everything works just right.
- Collaborate with our sales team to help develop exciting new products.
- Bring your ideas to the table; we're always looking for ways to do things better.
- Use shop tools safely and take pride in keeping your workspace clean and organized.
- Follow Hartfiel Automation's quality processes to deliver the best results every time.
- Show up as a true team member by living out our mission, values, and vision every day.
- Pitch in on other tasks as needed. No two days are exactly the same!

Normal shift is 8am - 5pm from Monday through Friday, with the option to work 7am - 5pm Monday through Thursday and 7am - 11am Fridays.
